oh and one more before I scoot... THE ENEMY single on Stiff Records.... The last single sold out on pre order as we only got about 5. This one is stupidly limited as well. I wasn't expecting to like this one bit but I actually quite like it. It's timeless sounding indie rock which sounds like The Manics when they were good. I have to admit to being pleasantly surprised by this one. For once the hype is justified!! It's Not OK is out now on 7" and CD!!

Love this record? Hate it? Tell us.

OVERVIEW: Tipped by many to become one of the breakout bands of 2007, The Enemy have in a short period of time caused a massive stir! Three bored lads from Coventry put together a band, and before they know it are snapped up by the legendary Stiff record label (home to Elvis Costello and Ian Dury) and receiving plaudits from the likes of Kasabian. One listen to ‘Its Not Ok’ and its not hard to see what all the fuss is about. Bursting with attitude and energy, yet hugely catchy and melodic The Enemy in the words of NME are ‘The band we’ve been waiting for since Oasis went to seed’.
