The LOVES new single 'She'll Break You're Heart... Again' is a four track 7" that starts off sounding like
The Dandy Warhols which has me quivering with fear about what to expect from the following three tunes. On the second track the intro sounds like
Cornershop and then the track erupts into a raw nostalgic pop song that's reminiscent of
The Troggs
and fortunately doesn't make me want to take an angle grinder to my
ears. On the flip you get a half drunken sounding acoustic country
blues type number with someone whistling in it. Wow! I've just clocked
the title and it's actually called 'My Sweet Drunken Blues (For You)'.
I feel really clever
now. Oooh. Brian tells me these guys/gals are Welsh like me. It's not
all sheep and leeks there you know.
