THE HIDDEN CAMERAS new 7" single 'Awoo' is fresh out the box on Rough Trade. It's a chirpy acoustic guitar track with what sounds like a xylophone and some violin action. It does little in the way of entertaining me. The B-side 'Why I Understand' is just irritating. I'm gonna have to turn this off before I go down stairs and pour a kettle of boiling water over myself. Eeeeeek! But don't take my word for it, yesterday I was considering starting a coin collection.
