Rather pleasantly and predictably titled 'Driller' b/w
'Psychologist' you've already got a great idea of what's inside the
can. Lately there's been a lot of noise doing the circuits and I have
to say most of what I've heard is shit. Screeching nasty, evil, grim
disturb-o-frequencies loaded on top of each other to make an uneasy
unenjoyable ride. Maybe that's the point? Maybe you're not supposed to
like it? Maybe its supposed to make you feel uncomfortable? Whatever it
is I don't like it as a rule and it upsets my fragile tiny little mind.
Anyway this new single isn't too
unlistenable as there's only a small amount of screaming on it (they
all sound
like people are dying in the most horrific ways...). There's not really
any
semblance of a tune on there but then you probably wouldn't expect one.
It's not quite as harsh as some other Wolf Eyes tunes and indeed the
flipside is pretty much just dark ambience. Cock knows. I give up.
