Hey now I have Teenage Fanclub and Jad Fair on a 7" with
illustrations by Daniel Johnston. What could go wrong there. Teenage
Fanclub gave me one of my favourite gigs ever so they always have a soft
spot in my bosom and this is a lovely tune ...a bit Lou Reed but more
summery. The other side is more upbeat but still holds that Teenage Fanclub
knack of knowing when to pick up a song, drop in a hook, create a rhythm change
to keep you tapping away all the way to the checkout with their back catalogue
under your arm.. I didn't do a list of favourite albums but 'bandwagonesque'
would be in it.. if anyone cares.. NEXT
