'When We Fell Through The Ice' is the debut single from Fireworks Night.
Doh, I've put the B-side on first! 'Echo's Swing ' is a sweet heartfelt
little track which is really simple. The emphasis is on the fragile
vocal with a simple sad sounding piano
accompaniment before the drums kick in and the intensity of the track
builds into a climax of pure emotion. Imagine the Tindersticks meets
Mogwai. The A-side has some female vocals
and a kind of marching beat with some really nice strings. On Organ
Grinder Records. Phillip really likes the A-side where as I prefer the
B-side, He's always trying to be different. I bet he'll come in on
monday with his clothes on backwards.
