Apparat have done some decent stuff you know. He's got a spanking new 12" EP on Shitkatapult. "Berlin, Montreal, Tel Aviv" is a recording of live tracks played in the respective cities. Heavy, hypnotic late night dancefloor techno with emotion is the theme here. Repetitive at times, cut up and abstract at others. There is a chilling female choir type vocal on here and some nice digital noises. The last track has a heavy off beat kick drum that'll no doubt get you techno heads stomping.
