The Shortwave Set amazed me with their 1st single as it was one of the
bestest things I had heard in ages. Ever since then I have only been
disappointed by what I've heard. I was so excited by the album last year and it
was crushing to hear it was as average as it was (am being oh so polite here).
They're like a poppier rubbish Broadcast these days which is still good
cos Broadcast and rubbish in the same sentence is still 95% percent
better than most of what comes in... ah it's just disappointing that's all... A
decent enough tune but nowt special.... Having said that the B side is actually
quite good so go figure....
