The Joseph & Mary Chain feature members of Golden Virgins, Futureheads & Field Music amongst other lesser known Sunderland luminaries (like errr.....Kathryn Williams) They have convened to do good this festive tide. Like go in the studio & do an hilarious rendition of 'the twelve days of christmas' If it wasn't for charity (Shelter, the homeless charity) I'd be hotfooting it Tyne & Wear bound with an axe. No actually, It's really sweet & funny, has a harpsichord on & is kind of better than Band Aid. Except there's no Phil Collins on drums. Bummer. This has sold out everywhere I think but we have a few SO DON'T BE TIGHT YOU BUNCH OF SCROOGES! We're just covering the costs on this, no profit I promise you, so dig deep & have a North eastern chuckle with this merry lot.

Love this record? Hate it? Tell us.
