Right, a new label called Slit Jockey has emerged from Philly. Its
purpose it claims is to represent stateside Grime. Its a split EP by Dev 79.
I really liked the Dev 79 7" on Sonic Terror. Quality noise-hop
indeed. His cut "From The Get" is def. I'm not so sure that its grime,
but what is grime anyway?? Starkey Does the business on the flip with
some head bumpin' distorted crunchtronica shit. This is a fantastic debut
release. A label to look out for for sure.
