Envelopes. A bizarre & utterly captivating pan-European bunch of indie eccentrics release their debut LP 'Demon' & It's just what we need right now. The single 'It Is The Law' kicks off with that wonky lyric by French chanteuse Audrey cementing it a place in any off kilter kids heart. They sound like an old Sarah band who've trashed the label offices after downing the off licence next door then gone rampaging across the continent clutching lots of tattered New Zealand records & cuddly animals with bandaged limbs. Or Belle & Sebastian on ether. Bloody wonderful!
