Clint here. First up Tom Vek with a new single on on
Tummy Touch. His last single sounded like Japan (you could just see
Mick Karn
slapping his fretless bass along to it) - this one is more like the
Rapture crossed with the Killers. I mean this in a good way. It does sound like
all the trendy stuff that's about at the moment but its real quality gear and
very catchy. The second track particularly has some amazing rhythmic percussion
and a wild off kilter vocal. Recommended.
