The new Autechre single (Gantz Graf) is here on CD, 12" and CD/DVD pack.
The DVD features 3 videos including a new video version of Bad Vibel by
Chris Cunningham. Initially I thought this was awful, just random
bits of noise but as ever with Autechre if you stick at it there's
melody and beats to be had hidden behind the frequencies and scary noises.
It gets more melodic as you go through the EP. The DVD is worth checking
out for the crazy CGI visuals etc.... Interesting and thankfully it's
not bad rock.
