Drive In Records of the US bring us a split between The Clientele
and Clock Strikes Thirteen. The Clientele carry on with
the 60's folky singer songwriter stuff and if you like Belle &
Sebastian and Nick Drake then you'll certainly do yourself
no harm in checking them out. Clock Strikes Thirteen also sound
quite 60's ish but it sounds a bit more groovy and twee. Almost like Adventures
In Stereo but less beaty and fast. A surprisingly entertaining single.
