There's nowt like raucous RAWK to get yer nads pumping. That's what my old man used to say to me...while chasing me about with a spatula. The 'Bombs are a two piece (guitar and drums) outfit who like wine, women and amateur dramatics (probably). They write snappy, simple rock songs (totally) in the vein of Swearing at Motorists. The drums are suitably pounding, the guitars are sharper than a shipment of knives going to Len Mcstabbys. The recording sounds great, a really rich sounding album. No room for sweeping orchestration or programmed beats here, all songs were recorded live and they don't really need any of that bullshit..well worth a listen if you like to ROCK!!!...and then have a bit of dinner then go to sleep.
