Local Girls release a 6 track mini album on 7". Nice idea!! But the good thing about it is that's only 99p. That's ludicrously cheap... So cheap in fact I had to mention it in the first line! Anyway you get 6 tracks of lo fi Elastica ish tines. There's something feisty and spunky about it and at times it's quite hard and rocking. Brian has just said it's like Sleeper crossed with Jesus Lizard. It's a lot better than what I thought it was gonna be and it's well worth checking out. Especially at that price! You should check out the back of the sleeve with badly photoshopped animal heads on people. Well worth 99p and it's called Weapons!!
