The latest Jahtari 7" is a split from Glasgow's Soom T and Mungo's Hi-Fi and it's pretty cool. On 'Mighty Fine' Soom T's toasting is mighty fine over a rough and rugged 80's computerize style "riddim". It's a sweet tune and I dig the raw production sound on the snares. The vocal has delay in all the right places and on second spin it's starting to seep its way into my brain. The flip 'Juicy Punch Ridim' is basically just the version for you to toast over in your bedroom/ dancehall. Quality gear as always from this crew.

What their label says...
The third bomb in Jahtari’s 7" series based on the rough 80s Casio-riddim niceness of the Maff producers from Copenhagen is another digi-dope destroyer. ‘Flying High’ by Glasgow heroine MC Soom T comes with smashing electro drums, killah bass, toasting skillz in a league of their own and an ultra-catchy hookline impossible to dodge. 100% Soom force. Mungo's Hi-Fi’s ‘Juicy Punch Riddim’ on the flip is custom-made for MCs to ride it. Mastered at D&M Berlin with The Mighty Disruptor in attendance. One time only pressing.
