This new album by Charlemagne Palestine and Christoph Heemann follows their
collaborative work on Palestine’s heavy-metal-piano workout ‘The Apocalypse Will Blossom’.

Heemann’s previous collaboration, ‘The
Apocalypse Will Blossom’, the only sound
source used throughout these two electroacoustic
explorations of the lower depths is the
Bösendorfer Imperial Grand Piano, notorious for
its unique resonant qualities.
· The title ‘Saiten In Flammen’ is a German
translation of ‘Strings Aflame’.
