After a brief rest following the Grammy-nominated, polltopping album Sound of Silver, LCD Soundsystem returns with a song written for the soundtrack to the Sony Pictures film 21. James Murphy’s concept of what a big rock song made for a movie could sound like more than a balls-out Big Rock Song, the track delivers in unexpected ways, from the edgy opening two minutes that alone could serve as the score to a car chase, to the sudden explosion of choirs, blissful harmonies, and larger-than-life chorus. Babytalk, who has created quite a buzz with two top-notch releases and is currently the toast of underground dance music and disco heads, remixes the track into something seemingly slower and definitely more sinister. We wont get loads of this.....
