OVERVIEW: Off the back of releasing the song (and video) of the summer 'Two Doors Down' and a festival season chock-a-block with shows, Mystery Jets are pleased to announce their next single and second full UK album tour this autumn. 'Half In Love With Elizabeth' has fast become a live favourite (partly owing to the perfect-for-singing-along-to "der-der-der-da!'s" in the intro) and showcases the Mystery Jets matured writing skills and clever lyricism about the dangers of falling for and trusting a man who loves another, even when friends discourage you from doing so. Across the formats (CD / 2 x 7") this package comes complete with a feel-good disco version - where Chic meets ABC –featuring vocals from Kate Nash. Other bonus tracks include Florence and the Machine's take on Flakes, a live version of Two Doors Down (Elysian Quartet Version) as performed on Jo Whiley's Live Lounge recently and new tracks Sand In The Jar and Back Door. An album full of inspiring, lyrically inventive, reassuringly British pop songs - 'Twenty One' has pleasantly surprised many and secured Mystery Jets place in UK pop history, enriched with their eccentric, indie-rock slant. Mystery Jets just go from strength to strength.
