An entirely logical and almost mythical collaboration, this joining of the two greatest studio bands in the history of audio recording has finally arrived on vinyl. “Disconnected” delivers in every way.Sounding, as you might expect, like both bands, but also standing on it own as might not. With bands such as Faust having an early influence way back on a young NWW, it’s clear that as the years pass, NWW have had a profound effect on the German legends. The feeling is mutual, and it comes across. For the first 1000 copies only, the vinyl edition of this has two sides of previously unreleased material, one side pure Faust from the “Disconnected” sessions, the other a NWW track, unique to this set. The double LP is also pressed in clear yellow and clear orange vinyl for this limited edition. Because of the limited nature of this release there will only be around x300 copies for the UK
