Cave & The Bad Seeds were awarded the Best Album award at the 2008
MOJO Honours ceremony this week in London. MOJO readers voted for the
band’s 2008 release DIG, LAZARUS, DIG!!! as best album from a shortlist
of strong contenders including the Arctic Monkeys, Duffy, Radiohead,
and Alison Krauss & Robert Plant.
Their new single
Midnight Man will be out on Mute on 28th July, the single features
original artwork by Nick Cave. The ltd 7'' is black vinyl and will be
numbered.
