Strictly limited 500 numbered 7” – Silvery’s second single ‘Devil In The Detail’ follows the sold out debut 7” ‘Horrors’. The single includes exclusive non-album B-Side ‘The Squadron Leader’. London's Silvery release ‘Devil In The Detail’ in the same week as their debut album ‘Thunderer & Excelsior’. Immersed in a world of Victorian London and the X-Files, soundtracked by musical influences from Bowie, Blur, Sparks to XTC. The result is an organ-led, energetic maelstrom from a band who are “not afraid to play very fast, and not afraid to play very slow.” Their first single ‘Horrors’ was a double A-sided blast of infectious eccentric British pop which was picked up first by Steve Lamacq (Radio 1, BBC 6 Music), and went on to win Zane Lowe's Fresh Meat contest on Radio 1. The single also received great support from Gary Crowley (BBC London, BBC 6 Music) amongst others, and the video was featured on MTV2, NMETV & TopshopTV.
