OVERVIEW: 4 huge singles, a Top 10 debut album, sell-out tours and over 2.8 million MySpace views, York based rock quintet Elliot Minor have smashed into the UK music scene in 2008. The band release their next smash single, Time After Time on June 23rd. They recently shot the video with director Frank Borin (Good Charlotte, Story Of The Year) in Los Angeles. Their debut album was produced by Jim Wirt (Incubus, Hoobastank, Something Corporate) and mixed by Neal Avron (Yellowcard, New Found Glory, Fall Out Boy), the album finds Elliot Minor mixing approaches from the piano-infused hard rock of ‘Time After Time’ to the sonically charged ‘Parallel Worlds’, which is embellished with grandiose orchestration. They deliver pitch perfect three-way vocal harmonies on the infectious ‘The White One is Evil’ and add an undertone of ultra-melodic punk to ‘Still Figuring Out’. Always on the road, Elliot Minor will be appearing at festivals all over the UK this summer and also embark on their “Skimpies and Aviators” beach tour this July!
