Our returns policy
All records are guaranteed. If something is wrong with the order get in touch and we'll sort out out asap. We'll pay the return postage if it's our fault, e.g. if we send out the wrong record - which does happen every so often.... sorry! But if you've ordered the wrong thing, or if there's a pressing fault with the record, you'll have to pay to return it. If there's a pressing fault we'll send out a replacement free of charge on receipt of the faulty item.
If you've just bought something and you don't like it, then you can return it as long as it's in the same condition as it was when you received it.
You have 14 days from the date the order was placed to get back in touch about returning items.
