If something is wrong with your order then please get in touch as soon as possible.
If it's our fault (e.g. we've sent you the wrong records) then please send things back First Class and we'll refund you for the items and the return shipping costs.*
If you've ordered the wrong thing, or if you have changed your mind about an item, then you can return it as long as it's in the same condition as when it was sent out. (You have 14 days from the date the order was placed to get back in touch about returning items.)
If it's someone else's fault (e.g. there's a pressing fault with the record) then we'll offer a refund or replacement free of charge (upon receipt of the faulty item). However, because things like pressing faults are beyond our control you will need to pay the return postage for the item, sorry!
* Please don't send things via Record Delivery, Special Delivery, etc. as we will only cover the costs of First Class postage.
Because of the widely varying situations in each country it is impossible to summarise how we deal with overseas returns. Please get in touch and we'll sort something out!
If you paid for your order by Paypal then we can only refund you via Paypal up to the cost of the original order. If we owe you anything extra (e.g. return costs on an entire order that we've cocked up) then we will issue a store credit for the difference.
If you need to cancel an order then you must act quickly.
If all the items you have ordered are in stock then you can cancel any time up until we ship the order. You must act fast - we aim to ship in stock orders on the same day.
If your order contains pre-order items then you can cancel any time up until we ship (i.e. the day when the records arrive). Again, the best advice is to act fast.
If your order contains items that are not in stock then you have 24 hours to cancel after you have placed the order. (Once we have ordered items from our distributors then we cannot send them back, and we cannot afford to keep unwanted stock.)
