The relief that Grantura's 'In Dreams' is not a butchering of the Roy Orbison classic has come as a relief... So what is it then you ask??? They're a band that play some acoustic guitar pop that's had comparisons to Teenage Fanclub and are getting support from the Radio 6 crew. There's a folkie edge to it, especially in the vocal harmonies.'The Long Road' on the flip has a country twist. I'm not really feeling it but it doesn't make me want to forcefully inject my ears with expanding foam either. We sold a few of their last single and I expect if that did it for you then this will too.Ltd to 500 copies.

Grantura’s previous single was supported by Janice Long and Mark Radcliffe on Radio 2 and garnered single of the week on 6Music.
A live Janice Long session for Radio 2 was recorded in February 08. ‘In Dreams’ has already been picked up by BBC 6Music Gideon Coe show.
