OVERVIEW: South Wales quintet Kids In Glass Houses release their new single 'Give Me What I Want' on May 12th through Roadrunner records. This is the second single from their debut album Smart Casual, which is out on May 26th. Kids In Glass Houses' music is a heady amalgamation of the rock, punk, metal, hardcore & indie that soundtracked their formative years. This raw energy is fused with a knowing respect and admiration for the hook laden legacies of heavyweight established artists like The Police, Prince, The Cure & Duran Duran, making Kids In Glass Houses' songs both furious and impossibly beguiling. All of this is indisputably evident in this hook laden single. The tracks high energy, sing along mentality was evident on the recent UK Paramore tour, where the band were embraced by a tuneful crowd, seemingly knowing every word. In addition to the lead track, which is mixed by audio-veteran Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day, My Chemical Romance, & Simple Plan), each format comes with an exclusive track. The CD single is teamed with "Be Nice" which was originally recorded for inclusion on the album. The stunning ltd 7" picture disc features an acoustic recording of the band’s debut single "Easy Tiger". All artwork is designed by Kids In Glass Houses' frontman Aled Phillips.
