After the electro acoustic sparseness of ‘Aah Ooh’ the new single embraces a more lush sound, combining elements of the music that helped inspire the band - the dark soul of the Afghan Whigs, the lyrical isolation of The Cure and the euphoric white noise of My Bloody Valentine. With 909 claps, toytown pianos, and a cathartic ending even Thurston Moore would be proud of, the single represents best all the disparate elements that make up the Skibunny sound.In the last 12 months alone, they have shared stages with Erol Alkan, CSS, DFA DJs, The Rapture and The Go!
