Rosalita have a 7" out called 'What Would Your Mother Say', which is all about what your mum would find out if she caught you taking drugs. I'd like to think it's about what would your mother say if she caught you wanking. Did that happen to any of you? It's nothing short of embarrassing and no good can possibly come of the situation. Throwaway pop which makes me laugh so it can't all be bad. What the label says: EP to be released on Taste Media Ltd (the label that launched the career of Muse).    Rosalita played at the ‘V Festival 2007’ after winning the ‘Road To V 2007’ competition.  First of 3 EPs (each containing 3 tracks).   Each EP will be supported by a Nationwide UK Tour.    Each song on the EP will later feature on the bands debut album.  Rosalita have already built a local fanbase in the East Anglia.

About the humble 7":

The humble 7" is the smallest of the vinyl formats (not including the ridiculous 5") and it's the perfect medium for transporting a couple of new songs by up and coming bands straight into your ears. They're fun and they take up less space in your house than something bigger would. They come in a plethora of exciting colours and fantastical packages, and you can fit about 14 minutes onto one 7". You may have to get up every few minutes to put a new record on but think of the exercise. Don't forget every record you buy plays at least 2 speeds (depending on your stereo) and you need to play all records on all speeds to get the maximum joy from your purchase.
