As 2008 shapes up to be another whirlwind year, it has been announced Kate is to open Glastonbury Festival, kicking off the Pyramid Stage in style on Friday 27th June.

Following her biggest UK tour yet in Feb/March, new single ‘Merry Happy’ will be released on 24th March backed with 3 new tracks over two x 7”s and one CD. These collectible formats will be numbered and limited to 1000 copies each. ‘Merry Happy’ is a quintessential pop song, sweetly uplifting in melody, reflective lyrics shunning over-blown notions of love and romance.
