TRACKLISTING: A) Easy Tiger, B) Stay Young,
OVERVIEW: Having spent the majority of 2007 proving themselves worthy of the hype that followed their 'E-Pocalypse' demo, Kids In Glass Houses look set to step it up a notch further still, with the release of Easy Tiger, the first single from their eagerly anticipated forthcoming debut album, Smart Casual out May 26th. Preceding Smart Casual by 2 weeks will be the bands second single Me, Me, Me. Easy Tiger also marks the band's first release on Roadrunner who signed the quintet in December, whilst the band were on tour supporting fellow countrymen Funeral For A Friend. "I think releasing 'Easy Tiger' is a perfect introduction for people who may not be familiar with us already" states frontman Aled Phillips. "It showcases what we're about as a band and what people can expect from the album". The brand new version of the fan favourite track is partnered with a cover of Oasis b-side 'Stay Young' as well as original artwork by singer Aled. In addition, the 7" is limited to just 2000 tiger print signed picture discs. With hooks and melodies catchier than the common cold, and as Roadrunner's # 1 priority for 2008, Easy Tiger looks set to propel Kids In Glass Houses even further into the spotlight, and only heighten the excitement and anticipation surrounding the release of 'Smart Casual'. For fans of: Funeral For A Friend, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, & Paramore.
