The debut album for the now London based Eight Legs is the culmination of a rollercoaster world-wide ride. Having released 4 singles previously with Weekender those tracks are collected here along with another 7 tracks, all of which have been produced by John Fortis (Razorlight).

A snapshot of where the band are now it features a gritty but poetic take on life and its short comings and heart-racing highs.
Buoyed by some great successes – like being asked to soundtrack a Dior Homme fashion show at Paris Fashion Week in 2006 – the band moved to London to make their name. Since then, they’ve seen many highs (success in Japan, huge gigs in Brazil, tours with kindred spirits Pigeon Detectives and plaudits from Michael Stipe, who approached Jack in Paris to say how impressed he was) and some lows too, like touring round Europe in a battered Peugeot 306. But this is a band on the cusp of something big, and all that is about to change.
“We are something unique,” says lead singer Sam. “We have our own sound and our songs are about real and relevant things. I think that that will give us the legs to keep going when other bands are sliding unnoticed down the plug hole.”

If I could get to purchase the cd I would be estactic as I'm not really having much luck at the moment. Finding this web page has given me a glimmer of hope thank you.
