Sinnataggen:'Little Hus' (Dirty Demos) Is pretty 4 track three inch CD that makes a lovely racket out of acoustic and synthetic instruments, turns vocals and sound FX inside out and round and round to dizzying effect through it's contagious whirling sound program, out of breath pace and backwards and forwards directions. What's good about this is it's immediacy and instinctive sounding use of the instruments at hand. The spiraling but contained views are precision point with sounds carefully and artfully placed. I can't think of a good comparison, needless to say it has a unique folky-electronica swirl that's as individual as it is charming. Single of the week contender.1. Lille Hus
2. Honestly, Sier one day we will.
3. Out of Hedal forest and onward.
4. Nifl-heim, Alce Alces.
Debut release from Bristol, UK based artist Sinnataggen. Besides performing in Rasmus Clausen, Hamish can be found at home, making joyful glitchy electronica. 'Lille Hus' is a four track EP inspired by Scandanavian mythology. Shards of instrument melodies clash with digitally manipulated cut up sounds, beats, field recordings. Playful, rhythmical and wonderful.
