With her current Drag City album ‘Safe Inside The Day’ earning massive praise in the UK music press and media, now is the perfect time to release this 2cd compilation of her first two albums and cd single.
Baby Dee (born 1953) is an American performance artist and singer/songwriter. She is a transgender musician from Cleveland who has worked with Antony And The Johnsons and many other artists on the New York scene. She has also toured extensively with Current 93, playing piano and harp.
This double disc release collects material from the Little Window and Love’s Small Song CDs plus the Made For Love CD single.
2008 will see Baby Dee touring with Mark Almond (February), plus a one off performance at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London (April) in support of Om and Current 93.
