OVERVIEW: 'Oh Girl' is the second single from thrilling New Zealand punk pop outfit Cut Off Your Hands. Having released their debut single in October to a huge response (selling out in less than 24 hours) COYH continue their assault on the UK. The band have been touring relentlessly with new friends and now huge fans, Foals, and have just returned back from NYC's CMJ where they appeared as the toast of the festival. As soon as they touched down in London they were asked by Les Savy Fav to play an impromptu one track set before them at their sold out Scala show.

This superb single is vintage sounding harmonious pop at its very best. Produced by Bernard Butler (Manics, Suede, Libertines, Duffy), 'Oh Girl' is as hooky as great pop gets.

The most exciting new band to be born out of New Zealand's Auckland, this young band-of-the-moment (19-25 yrs) have been in the UK all Autumn and after a brief visit to Australia for Big Day Out festivals, they'll be back in UK from February and straight into the studio with Bernard Butler to record their debut album, due later this year.
