The tweeness continues with some christmas indie pop that's only 2 months late. This has sparked the debate that there is no reason that christmas songs couldn't come out anytime of year... Oh holy shit Callin and Shauna Love (Helen Love) have just come on with 'Joey Ramone Snowman' and its quite possibly the most disturbing thing I've heard in a long time. It's a child singing a magical Christmas tune with some weird effect on the vocal that makes it sound a bit terrifying. So this 4 track 7"/CDs features the afforementioned act along with The School, Corazon and My Little Airport. 'Happy New Year 2008' will have you busting out the mince pies. Out on the Spanish Elefant label.01. The School "Kiss you in the snow" 02. Helen Love "Joey Ramone snowman" 03. Corazón "El regalo" 04. My Little Airport "Por and Macho got married"
Four songs from the latest Elefant signings. The most recent one, THE SCHOOL, 8 restless musicians from Cardiff debut on this release. Last
September, they packed their bags and moved off to London to record, under the guidance of Ian Catt, seven delicious songs which will be released
on two singles, "Kiss You In The Snow" is a sweet and exquisite carol with a very 50’s holiday pop feel to it. HELEN LOVE show their adoration of
Joey Ramone on "Joey Ramone snowman" CORAZÓN provide a brilliant, sad and melancholic carol highlighted with rural folk strokes. To round off
the single, Nicole and P, from Hong Kong celebrate the holidays on "Por and Macho got married"
