North Yorkshire five-piece, One Night Only release their debut album ‘Started A Fire’ on Vertigo Records on 4th February. Produced by the legendary Steve Lilywhite (U2, Morrissey), ‘Started A Fire’ is a fine blend of classic songwriting and jaunty melodic bounce that will establish One Night Only as the band of 2008.
The album is preceded by their second single ‘Just For Tonight’ on 21st January – it is an epic, balls-out, indie-rock anthem that is already looking set to storm the charts. Having been picked by Jo Whiley as her Record of the Week w/c 10th December, it was immediately playlisted on Radio 1, XFM, Capital radio, EMAP In-Demand, GCAP Music Control, The Box, The Hits, QTV, MTV1 and MTV2.
