4th February sees the debut physical release from Glaswegian quintet Attic Lights through Island Records. The band put out a low-key 7” of tastemaker single ‘God’ in December '07 through independent stores on their own imprint ‘Hey Hey’ Records and played 5 live dates across Scotland in December in conjunction with XFM Scotland.
Attic Lights are 5 likely lads from Glasgow brought up on a diet of Beach Boys, Flaming Lips and deep fried Mars Bars. They got their name from the light in their dark, attic rehearsal space and are managed and co-produced by Francis Macdonald from Teenage Fanclub.
Single will be released on CD and coloured vinyl 7".
