What the label says:Recorded in less than an hour, on two hours sleep as an experiment, ‘First Love’ turned out rather well for the young and enthusiastic NiTasha. This Maccabees cover is an unusual choice for the singer songwriter who usually writes all her own material (see B-side) but she decided it would be a bit of fun. Through sources who “cannot be named” it was discovered that The Maccabees loved it and asked to meet NiTasha - when the day finally came in Chicago the band made it very clear they would be 100% behind her with this release. |
