Andy Gower is a singer songwriter who approaches music from the aspect of the average working class man and expresses it in such a way that most men couldn’t, both with complete honesty and discontented poetry.
From packing newspapers on a production line late at night to playing the Great Escape, Wireless, T at the Fringe and Latitude festivals, Andy has used his songs to portrait the life he so passionately sings about and is now set to release his first collection of compositions in the shape of debut EP ’Morning Sun’ on new friends MAPS label Last Space Recordings.
Described as an early Paul Weller meets Noel Gallagher in voice and spirit, Gower, with sonic accompaniment from Craig Hawkes on electric guitar, has already played alongside some of England’s biggest names including Richard Hawley, Get Cape Wear Cape Fly, Paulo Nutini and Scott Matthews,
