DK7 are Mark O’Sullivan, of The Mighty Quark, Mark & John, and other acts, and Jesper Dahlbäck, of Svek, Dahlbäck & Dahlbäck, and coproducer for Tiga.·DK7 were key players on the iconic Output label. They predated the pan-European electronic / minimal explosion with their debut single ‘The Difference’ in 2003, which was followed by three further singles.   DK7 have a large and dedicated following in the UK and around Europe.·‘Instone’ blends current Nordic dance with British new wave and indie, combining their electro sound with some massive guitar whacks by Andy Bell of Oasis / Ride.·With ‘Instone’ and the forthcoming new album, DK7 are reaching out to a wider audience to include fans of Depeche Mode, Colder, New Order, Pet Shop Boys, Ladytron, Röyksopp and The Knife, as well as their traditional fanbase.·After recent success with their indie-rave hit ‘Sister Self Doubt’, Get Shakes provide an alternative mix, adding live drums.·From the legendary F Communications label, Llorca delivers an electronic disco mix that makes full use of the vocal.·Available on limited edition 7” (500 copies) and 12”.
