Pennsylvanian trio, Eastern Conference Champions (ECC), release their debut single Single Sedative through Island/Fallout Records on Monday 14th January 2008. Single Sedative is taken from the bands forthcoming album Ameritown, produced Owen Morris (Oasis, The Verve), which is due for release in April.
Eastern Conference Champions have toured the US with the likes of Ambulette, The Films, Ozma, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Black Francis. They headlined a short UK tour earlier this month and return in April for more dates, which will include a show at the Camden Crawl (April 18th & 19th).
single Sedative is released on a unique CD/Vinyl format, with a standard CD on one side, and the top of the disc grooved and able to be played on a record player.
