Foals are well widdly. They make a widdly racket which is pleasing to the ear. It all strikes me as being rather complicated sometimes but they manage to make pop songs out of this complex widdly wilderness they create. Their new single 'Balloons' sounds like a twiddly Bloc Party crossed with some early 80's sounding band I can't actually pinpoint. It's on 7"/CD and 12"... the latter features a Kieran Hebden mix!
