Wow this 'Uganda Split Series Vol.1' CD sounds great. It's come to us all the way from Israel and has three tracks from Psycho Amram, Mujahideen and TaaPet. The first track 'Worms' is Psycho Amram who are Pica, Subsonic, Neomi & Cain. This is tremendous dark, evil sounding shit. Reminding me of Throbbing Gristle, Wolf Eyes and Sunn O)). Blasts of electronic noise, brooding, ultra sinister soundscapes and a vocal that sounds like some kind of sick demon. The Mujahideen track 'Human Being' sounds like Suicide on Crystal meth with Alan Vega desperately in need of an exorcism. It touches on extreme power electronics but remains relatively accessible. TaaPet's tune 'Strangest' is a spooky beast with acoustic guitar, Alvo Noto style electronic glitches heavily processed vocals.
