OVERVIEW: 'Home In A Sentence' is the second single to be taken from the critically acclaimed new album 'Bombshell' from King Creosote, released in September 2007. Fence Collective mainman King Creosote – also known as Fife-based singer-songwriter Kenny Anderson - has delivered his finest hour to date with ‘Bombshell’. A veteran of almost thirty albums, mostly released solely as limited editions CDRs, King Creosote raised the stakes with 2003's 'Kenny and Beth's Musical Boatride' album, his first to receive a widespread release courtesy of Domino. The following year's fabulous 'Rocket DIY' set took Anderson to the next level before moving to 679 for 2005's 'KC Rules OK' which confirmed his potential as an accomplished singer-songwriter whose talents could no longer be confined to the underground of British folk.

About the humble 7":

The humble 7" is the smallest of the vinyl formats (not including the ridiculous 5") and it's the perfect medium for transporting a couple of new songs by up and coming bands straight into your ears. They're fun and they take up less space in your house than something bigger would. They come in a plethora of exciting colours and fantastical packages, and you can fit about 14 minutes onto one 7". You may have to get up every few minutes to put a new record on but think of the exercise. Don't forget every record you buy plays at least 2 speeds (depending on your stereo) and you need to play all records on all speeds to get the maximum joy from your purchase.
