Awol One and Factor: 'Alphaomegatron' is a four track picture disc four tracker that'll appeal to fans of all things Anti-con/leftfield Hip Hop. Quite moody and by turns mournful on the A side that features Factor. The flip features Mascaria, with vocal tones very much like the entertaining Buck 65, again this side leans more towards darker subject matter with a ghostly piano refrain and soulful backing vocals. The beats are sparse without any complexity, the vocals on the closing track are right up in the mix only to emphasize the dread in the lyrics. If you like Themselves, Bully or maybe a darker Sage Francis you'll take to this.Tracklisting:
