Held By Hands - Held By Hands EP

Held By Hands are a six piece from Leeds. They are currently embarking on playing live after spending their time from inception rehearsing and writing. They have released a four song ep, recording live in their house, so essentially a demo under the moniker To and Fro Records. This CD is currently available from Jealous Records, and a track taken from it is featured on the latest compilation album released by the Dance To The Radio label. The sound has expanded since the ep was recorded, featuring more instrumentation, more of an edge and a greater ability to ebb and swell like the sea, songs building and bubbling from quiet folk ditties to rousing anthems. Reminiscent of artists such as Do Make Say Think, Stars, Sufjan Stevens and Akron Family, Held By Hands are set for great things. A debut album is planned for 2008 along side many, many gigs some of which are outlined below.
