Awesome stuff, really is great. I'm so sick of all that emo/pop/punk/metal rubbish that is flooding the TV and radio these days. Serotone are something new and very fresh. Definetly getting the album as soon as it is out Review date: 15 September 2007
With the feel and conviction that the single "Shine Alone" released earlier, this album will be fantastic. The samples heard on their Myspace page show that these guys know exactly what the feeling of music is at the moment. Well worth getting, I'm in the queue. Rowley Review date: 21 September 2007

What the label says:It's been three years in the making, but the wait is almost over - Scotland's hottest new rock band are set to release their debut album 'Equilibria'. All in their early 20's , Serotone formed in 2003. Since then they have been producing their own material, regularly thrilling audiences across the UK, performing at numerous Scottish venues including Fury Murray's, Cathouse, Sound House, 13th Note and The Arches, with the occasional blitzkrieg attack on London and the provinces. Taking inspiration from acts such as A Perfect Circle, System of a Down, Radiohead, The Mars Volta, and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Serotone ascertain, "While there are many exciting bands out there whom we admire and respect, I do think we are offering a fresh sound - hard rock with a metal twist". Serotone have a highly impressive MySpace profile www.myspace.com/serotoneband with around 44,000 friends, and around 480,000 plays. They have a fanbase on both sides of the Atlantic and beyond. Press, Radio & Live : We expect play on specialist ‘Metal’ and ‘Rock’ shows like Kerrang! Radio. Press is being handled by Quite Great PR who masterminded Sandi Thom’s ascent to Number One through MySpace marketing with ‘that’ ‘Punk-Rocker/Flowers song.
