OVERVIEW: Listening to the music of Ron Graham, aka Giallos Flame, evokes images of black-gloved killers strangling beautiful women, violent cannibal rituals, lumbering zombies and fine Italian tailoring. Anyone familiar with vintage Italian film will instantly recognise that Graham is an acolyte of the golden age of Italian soundtrack producers: the likes of Goblin, Fabio Frizzi, Franco Micallizi and the De Angelis brothers. Rather than imitate such powerful musical references Graham has instead chosen to reinvent. Having already scored a number of films starring some of the legends of the horror genre including Tom Savini (Dawn of the Dead, Dusk till Dawn), Gunnar Hansen (the original Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre) & Tony Todd (Candyman), in the films "Death 4 Told", "Murder Set Pieces", "Easter Bunny, Kill! Kill!", and "Desolation", his most recent work was scoring the trailer "Hobo With A Shotgun" which was picked by Quentin Tarantino & Robert Rodriquez for their Grindhouse SXSW Trailer contest and has been aired with the movie across the USA and Canada. To date his music has also graced a handful of 7's as well as 2007’s self released CD album "Violent Professionals". Such prolific work looks set to propel this necromancer of the sonic arts out of the gloom and into the pallid limelight, his music's break-driven grooves and dark cinematic atmospheres seducing listeners of every persuasion. Accordingly it is with great pride and a little trepidation that DC Recordings presents "Live From Dunwich".
