Japanther: "The Good Good" (Altin Village & Mine) Is a limited tour 7" with four tracks on the a side and a longer work out on the flip. Lo-fi scronky style fuzzy punk rock with sound effects. the flip starts with a flute solo, much to Mr Phil's consternation, developing into a freeform jam that errs more on the Punk-Funk side of things. Mental!THE GOOD GOOD aus new york mit avantgardistischem noiserock mit female vocals,
DEERHOOF und UZEDA lassen grüßen. JAPANTHER wie gewohnt mit überdrehtem und
unkonventionellem artcore, rockt!

THE GOOD GOOD (great band name, by the way) is a fairly new band from brooklyn, new
york. the good good is a trio but the range of instruments used on this recording is endless.
the basic setup consists of bass, guitar and drums, but there's also triangle, megaphone,
clarinet, accordion ... actually anything that makes a sound is an instrument for this
crazygang. JAPANTHER's music best describedas experimental. each track ranges from
hip-hop beats and sampling, tocinematic instrumentals, to angry, pounding, screaming, fuck
you garagerock.
